All cleared orders are processed within 1-2 business days depending on your location. This includes weekends and public holidays.
As sometimes we experience high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. You are requested to allow for additional days in transit for delivery. In this case, we shall contact you on email or by phone.
Shipping costs to be advised depending on the delivery point. www.tcjwear.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Thank you for purchasing our products from www.tcjwear.com operated by TCJ Wear. Our products are checked individually very closely and packed to ensure they are in good order.
You are hereby advised to check the sizes carefully before placing the order to ensure that the one you choose is your right fit. Check also the colours and designs being cautious of the fact that the screen and colour settings you are using may not portray an accurate representation of the garments true colour. However, our pictures have been taken by professionals. We confirm that they are not colour edited.
Due to the above and nature of our business and products, they are not eligible for a refund.
In the unlikely event that one of our products arrived damaged in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement. If the specific size is not available, you shall be at liberty to select a similar one in the same range of products.
